Our team have in excess of 60 years experience in residential & commercial property management and with this in mind most of our clients opt for our Full Property Management service, as it gives them complete peace of mind that their property is being looked after by a trusted agent.
FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
The aim of our full property management package is to take all of the stress away from you being a Landlord. This service starts from the marketing of your property, viewings, always making sure that your property is compliant with up to date regulations, tenant vetting, right to rent checks, preparing an inventory, collecting rent, registering the tenant deposit, inspections, dealing with on-going maintenance and tenant check out.
TENANT FIND ONLY
This service is for Landlords who would prefer to manage their property themselves but would still like to source good quality applicants. We have a proven track record of matching the right type of tenant to the right home. Our tenant find only service has the same quality of service as full property management, the only difference being that after the tenant moves in – it’s over to you! We do, however, still protect the tenant’s security deposit on your behalf and will conduct the tenant check out at the end of the tenancy.

We are regulated by RICS, which means that we maintain the highest professional standards by conforming to the strict rules of conduct of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and we protect our client money with the RICS Client Money Protection scheme.
