We are members of
Andrew McLean – Andrew has been practising in South Tyneside since 1978. Andrew has a BSc Hons (Estate Management) degree from Reading University and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1978. He undertakes all survey work carried out by the firm.
Sophie McLean-Moorhouse - Andrew's daughter, has been working in various aspects of the business since 2006 to include; undertaking valuations, property management, negotiating sales & lettings and the preparation of Land Registry compliant lease plans.
